Your privacy is critically important to us. At Swipecity, we have a few fundamental principles:
We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
We don’t share your personal information with anyone
We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the ongoing operation of one of our services
Mobile App Users
Like most apps, Swipecity collects non-personally-identifying information, such as the OS of the device, language preference, gender, age. Swipecity’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Swipecity’s users use its app. From time to time, Swipecity may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
We also collect data on GPS points where the user received notifications in the Swipecity app. This data is only collected for stastical purpuses, it helps us improve our content and know in which GPS points we get more users or less.
We also collect the feedback left us by the user when they interact with content in our application, it lets us know what our user likes, disliked or loved. We use d that data for statistical purpuses.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Swipecity Users interact with Swipecity in ways that require Swipecity to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Swipecity gathers is for account creating purposes. For example, we ask our users to provide a name, a surname, the gender, the age group and an email address. These information are essential for measuring engagement in our app and for stastical purposes to help us know our users demography. We do not store in our database the name and the surname of the users, as we don't need that information.
Swipecity collects statistics about the behavior of visitors to its app. For instance, Swipecity may monitor the most popular GPS points featured in the Swipecity app as well the interactions.

If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.
